All such have been for effectively forever. It's their favorite go to when it is time for popular mood swings. But I think this one got a home run for the wrong team. They wanted a slimmer majority (59% - not 89%) to support them. That's the goal in order to get civil wars started. 89% is the ratio for revolutions. So they are in trouble. Yet again.
