No sense in bringing Ukraine into the picture. It appears that Z is on a mission to nowhere in Kursk and the Russians appear to be in no hurry to drop the hammer there. Meanwhile in The Donbas things are moving. Likely to be significant changes by October.

This situation is an interesting one. We’ll see what comes from the Putin visit. Lots of hands pulling in different directions here.

It’s always great to look in on these conflicts that exist outside the flavor of the month. Thanks.

A part of the world I've never visited but strangely care about. I have been remiss in not reporting on it, and thus big thanks for your update.

The most telling paragraph: "Of course, after my visit to Azerbaijan, I will meet with Prime Minister Pashinyan and tell him about the results of our negotiations," Putin said at a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev.
