The web link above is to the Malawi Times. You might notice a banner advert, top-left, for Standard Bank. These fine upstanding bankers just so happen to be underwriting the funding of an oil pipeline from Uganda to Tanzania for export onward from there. It’s a BRICS project.
Given the fairly rapid expansion of BRICS influence across Africa (with France getting their ass kicked especially) I suspect maybe this time HRC might not be closely involved. But then again, globalists gotta globalise.

I couldn't make the funeral purpose of the trip align with inauguration of a dam as similar enough. Granted they were both "nonessential" in the rank of officialdom responsibilities but still ordinary and routine. They would have been known of in advance by a wide swath of characters, though. And may be an element. But, ultimately, I felt it was on the weaker end of them, and went with what I felt to be unique and more sure analogous comparisons.
China is quietly making an even bigger imprint on Africa than Russia is. This is totally by design and in character with the actors Xi and Putin. I have mentally a story in mind for comparing those. And pointing out how it was necessary to win this war. Russia has the military know how; China has the pocketbook and both have long range vision skills. It is literally two farmers in carts - one pulled by a bear and the other a dragon - moving in. The one leaving was always pulled by an ass in comparison imagery.
We keep seeing movie scenes repeat within this movie that are important for many reasons - some we can't comprehend atm. But recognizing them as repeats gives us an edge on parsing those reasons much sooner when they become apparent. The way the media crimps and cuts the information gives us clues as well. It's just a process to really find it because multiple sourcing is always required together the whole picture. If not trying to figure out what we aren't even being told!
Add one more to the unsolved mystery list. Some interesting facts though. Of course I remember Madonna adopting those kids. I did some work for her about that time but have no knowledge of that process.
