That’s quite a summary. This thing is taking quite a few twists and turns. One thing I am sure of though. The Ds may not ultimately get what they want this time but they won’t stop trying to figure out an angle. They’re not like the Rs. They’re much more ruthless and like winning more. I wish either party really cared about the direction of the country as it pertains to the people. If anyone can’t see by now that it’s up to us to take care of ourselves first and not worry about voting our way out of this then I got nothing else.

Actually neither party likes staying in power for very long. I agree Rs dislike it more, but in a nuanced way. The immunity case was a win for the people because the official actions of executive jobs are already under the microscope. And those have now been defined. And the Chevron case was really a victory for humanity. In the very near term they'll probably ignore it. But ultimately it simply eliminates the secret hidden hands all over the US government, and not only stateside. It will be interesting to see how soon that does in fact start happening. But the timing of in front of the next super pandemic is not accidental or coincidental either. I expect we'll get a little break on American news. But we've got elections overseas! Not the ideal vacay!

You have a peace filled weekend too. Might be a while before there are many more.

Have a great Fourth of July. Take a little break. You’ve earned it.
